Ant Dads

The point of this project is to provide young graphic designers with the element of surprise. This project consisted of multiple parts. First, the students were given a selection of vinyl albums, 2 to a set, but the second album is unknown (the element of surprise) and students were to pick a set of albums without knowing which one is underneath the first one. This would become the imagery that the students will be using throughout this whole project. Using the art from both albums, students are to create a new band and a line of merch for the band. A front and back of a vinyl album, including hub stickers for the vinyl, were required. Along with one poster, and two other deliverables of the student's choice. All of the items have to have a close relation to one another and have obvious elements of both original albums in them.
